As
you know, we are
experiencing an
extremely tough economy
right now, and have seen
a drastic increase in
crime and vandalism
throughout the U.S. and
the state of Texas.

A/C units, well
equipment, utility
meters, back flow valves
and pool heater
equipment. We as
homeowners are also at

calls and emails saying their A/C
unit's are either
completely stolen, or
they have had the copper
and aluminum ripped out,
both of which the entire
unit must be replaced.
The approximate cost for
a new outside unit is
around $2,500, and
insurance does
NOT
cover
vacant homes. Replacing
well equipment is also
extremely costly, around
$2,800, but without it,
a person cannot occupy
the home. Also, with our
high humidity in North
Texas, if an A/C unit is
not replaced right away,
we then see even worse
issues starting –
BLACK MOLD!!

solid steel cages by a
certified welder!! Our
cages are either
securely bolted to the
slab under you're A/C,
or mounted with legs
cemented into the ground
to prevent theft. Every
cage is custom measured
to fit perfectly for
your unit.
